Head of Growth & Client Experience

QuadCraft Studio is being built differently.

We're not trying to become the biggest agency or work with hundreds of clients.

We want to build a selective, high-quality creative studio working with ambitious brands across strategy, branding, packaging, digital and creative.

And right now, we're building our growth engine from zero.

Your first mission

Help us find our first 5 right clients.

Your initial focus will be:

Research international companies and decision-makers

Build targeted prospect lists

Generate qualified leads

Start meaningful conversations

Qualify opportunities

Follow up

Book meetings with our founders

Analyse what works and continuously improve the process

You don't have to close the deal.

Our founders will handle the discovery, strategy, creative direction, proposals, negotiation and closing.

Your job is to make sure we are consistently getting the right opportunities into the room.

Then, as QuadCraft grows...

Your role grows with it.

You'll gradually take ownership of:

LinkedIn and Instagram presence

Agency content strategy

Inbound growth

Client onboarding

Client experience

Client relationships

Retention

Referrals and partnerships

The long-term vision:

LEADS → CLIENTS → BRAND PRESENCE → INBOUND → RELATIONSHIPS → RETENTION → REFERRALS

Who are we looking for

Someone who is:

Commercially sharp

A strong communicator

Comfortable speaking with founders and decision-makers

Interested in international business

Strategic rather than transactional

Self-driven

Comfortable building from zero

Good at understanding people and opportunities

Interested in branding, design, marketing or creative businesses

Experience in BD, agency growth, B2B, consulting, client acquisition, account management, partnerships or content-led growth is valuable.

But we care more about how you think than what your previous job title was.

What makes this different

You won't be joining a finished machine.

You'll help us build the machine.

And because QuadCraft is at an early stage, the opportunity can include:

Fixed compensation + performance-based revenue participation + potential earned equity

The exact structure will depend on experience, contribution and long-term involvement.
