The Role The Founder's Office acts as a cross-functional unit to drive strategic initiatives and organizational capability. You will work closely with the founder across strategy, operations, and business execution, translating vision into action in a high-growth environment. A successful candidate will help turn scattered priorities into clear decision memos, orchestrate cross-functional workflows, and manage both operational friction and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Partner directly with the founder to execute brand and business strategy while guiding highly prioritized initiatives to completion.
• Operational Systems: Build simple systems for planning, reporting, and accountability without adding unnecessary process.
• Asset Creation: Prepare pitch decks, investor documents, and project tracking dashboards.
• Workflow Management: Coordinate internal workflows, manage vendor deadlines, and oversee cross-functional reporting.
• Communication Synthesis: Turn meeting notes, Slack threads, and conflicting opinions into cohesive action plans and single-page decision memos.
• Friction Reduction: Identify organizational friction and work proactively to resolve misalignment quickly.

Who You Are

• Executive Judgment: You know what requires escalation, what needs context, and what should be handled independently.
• Low-Ego Execution: You can seamlessly pivot from high-level strategy to chasing dependencies and fixing unappreciated processes.
• Data & Tech Fluency: You are comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, KPI dashboards, and modern AI productivity tools.
• Background: 2–5 years of experience in an operations, executive support, or startup environment.
• Attitude: You are entrepreneurial, discreet, an effective multitasker, and a proven problem solver.
