We are looking for one highly responsible person who can take complete ownership of operations at one of our factories in Noida.

Almost everything — staff, production, maintenance, housekeeping, hiring, salaries, vendors, daily follow-ups and countless small operational issues.

YOUR ROLE

You will work directly with the founders and gradually take over 90–99% of their day-to-day operational responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

• Daily factory operations

• Staff management & discipline

• Attendance & manpower coordination

• Production follow-up

• Hiring & employee coordination

• Vendor coordination

• Repairs & maintenance

• Housekeeping & factory facilities

• Purchases & administrative work

• Daily follow-ups

• Identifying problems and getting them solved

• Making sure important work does not remain pending

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for someone who waits for instructions.

We want someone who:

Sees → Understands → Takes Ownership → Gets It Done.

You should be organised, practical, trustworthy, proactive and comfortable managing people and problems.

Most importantly:

If something needs to be done, you should take responsibility for getting it done.

SALARY

Salary is not the primary constraint for the right person.

We will compensate according to your capability, experience, maturity and the level of responsibility you can genuinely handle.

For the right person, there is significant scope for authority, growth and compensation.

REPORTING

You will report directly to the Founders.
