Founders Office - D2C Growth

Cosma Fertility is India's first non-hormonal, technology-led fertility care brand. We're backed by IIT Bombay research and CDSCO-approved. We were recognized in Forbes India, won the National Startup Award, and were a Prix Galien India Top 3 nominee. Our flagship device, FertiGen, is changing how India thinks about fertility care.1 in 6 Indian couples face infertility today. Most current solutions are hormonal, invasive, expensive, and emotionally punishing. We're building a full-stack, non-hormonal, patient-first alternative.

The Role

This is a 0→1 role in our Founder's Office. You'll own Cosma's direct-to-consumer growth engine end-to-end — brand story, category education, performance marketing, website, content, marketplaces, community. You'll sit next to the founders, own a P&L line, and shape the org as we scale from 5 to 30 people.This is the pathway to Head of D2C / VP Growth in 12–18 months.

What you'll own

• Brand voice, positioning, and category education for fertility in India
• Performance marketing across Google, Meta, and emerging channels
• Content strategy — SEO, patient education, myth-busting
• Website conversion and D2C funnel end-to-end
• Marketplace strategy — Nykaa, Amazon, 1mg, Flipkart
• Influencer / KOL programs and community building
• Customer retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value discipline

Who you are

• 3–6 years at a D2C brand, femtech / women's wellness brand, or health-tech consumer platform
• Fluent with numbers: CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, retention. You've owned metrics — not just watched them
• Have shipped brand launches or category-education campaigns end-to-end
• Comfortable with fertility as a category — you find the mission energizing, not awkward
• Ownership mindset. High tolerance for ambiguity. Move fast, ship at 70% and iterate
