Role Description The Founder role at GlamLuxe is a full-time, on-site position based in Porbandar. The Founder will define and drive the overall vision, mission, and long-term strategy of the company, translating ideas into a clear business roadmap. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding product and service development, managing budgets, and establishing efficient processes. The person in this role will build and lead small cross-functional teams, cultivate partnerships, and represent the brand in front of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The Founder will also monitor market trends, refine the business model, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience launching or leading a business, project, or venture.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills, including market analysis and growth planning.
• Proven ability to manage operations, finances, and resources efficiently in a small or growing organization.
• Leadership capabilities to build, mentor, and motivate diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas, and build external relationships.
• Interest or experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors, with an understanding of consumer trends and branding.
• Comfort with hands-on work in an on-site environment in Porbandar, including direct customer and vendor interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
