About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial professional to work closely with the founders on business strategy, growth planning, Board presentations, investor engagement and strategic initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business, strategy and finance, with high exposure to founders, senior leadership, investors and the Board. You will help identify growth opportunities, drive internal business planning and translate business priorities into clear plans and compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth levers, markets and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct market and business analysis to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.

• Build business cases and financial analyses to support strategic decisions.

• Work with founders and business leaders on key growth and strategic priorities.

Business Planning

• Drive quarterly and annual business planning with founders and business leaders.

• Prepare for internal business planning meetings, leadership reviews and strategic discussions.

• Track performance against plans and highlight key trends, gaps, risks and opportunities.

• Work with teams to drive key priorities and follow through on strategic action items.

Board & Investor Engagement

• Own Board decks, investor presentations, business updates and strategic presentations.

• Work with business and functional leaders to synthesize information into clear, insight-led narratives.

• Prepare founders for Board and investor meetings, including analysis, talking points and supporting information.

• Participate in selected investor and Board meetings and drive follow-ups to closure.

Founder's Office & Strategic Initiatives

• Work directly with founders on high-priority strategic projects and special initiatives.

• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive projects from analysis → recommendation → execution.

• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive critical initiatives.

• Develop presentations, analysis and recommendations required for senior leadership decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Investor Relations or similar roles.

• Strong business acumen with an ability to understand financials, business performance and growth drivers.

• Experience creating Board/investor presentations, business reviews and senior leadership decks.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and growth avenues.

• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualifications from strong institutions preferred.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

Someone who can understand the business → identify opportunities → build the story → align stakeholders → drive execution. This is not a pure strategy or presentation role. The person should be comfortable getting into the details, developing a point of view and taking ownership of outcomes.
