Founder's Office Role

Responsibilities:

- Drive customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels.

- Execute founder-led strategic and cross-functional projects.

- Launch, measure and iterate on growth experiments.

- Work across marketing, product and operations to solve business problems.

- Use customer and business data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.

Ideal Profile:

- Strong Generalist or Founder's Office profile with proven experience working across growth, strategy, business operations, product marketing, consulting, or early-stage startups.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must have 2+ years of experience working on cross-functional business or growth initiatives, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth environment, with strong ownership, structured thinking, and excellent execution.

- Must have experience building and executing new initiatives from scratch, independently taking ownership of projects and driving them through planning to successful execution.

- Must have experience working closely with founders or senior leadership on strategic projects, business problems, research, planning, or new initiatives.

- Must have strong problem-solving and structured thinking, with the ability to work through ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
