• Loves people and culture and setting them right
• More importantly, can roll your sleeves when it comes to hiring, recruitment functions and people operations in a Fast paced startup!
• Have worked with Founders and know how crazy shit can get!

YOU ARE IT IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in core HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to design and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems in a startup or fast-growing environment.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfort working closely with founders and cross-functional teams, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, labor laws, and basic HR analytics or reporting is preferred.
• Degree: Doesn't matter - you and your skills DO!!
