Role overview

The Associate, Founder's Office will work directly with the founder on high-priority projects across the business. The role combines research, X content writing, and strategy and operations support. You will own deliverables, meet deadlines, and report progress directly to the founder.

Responsibilities

Social media and content

• Write and publish content on X, including posts, threads, and short-form scripts
• Convert ideas, notes, and voice memos into finished, publishable content
• Maintain a consistent brand voice on X
• Track performance metrics and use them to improve future content

Founder's office

• Own special projects from planning through execution, including campaigns and launches
• Research markets, competitors, customers, and technical developments in AI and security, and summarize findings in short, clear reports
• Prepare investor updates, presentations, and internal memos
• Coordinate with product, growth, and operations teams, and follow up until tasks are complete
• Flag risks and propose improvements to existing processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity or a related field
• 0-1 year of internship/work experience
• Strong research skills, with the ability to read technical papers and reports and turn them into clear insights
• Demonstrated writing ability on X, shown through public work such as a personal account, threads, newsletter, or side project
• Strong written communication, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences
• Ability to generate original ideas and select the strongest ones to execute
• Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to accept and act on feedback

Preferred qualifications

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and basic data analysis
• Experience using AI tools for content and research
• Basic design skills in Canva or Figma
