Founder's Office – Executive / Associate

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1–2 years preferred | Exceptional freshers may apply

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation: 3.5–5 LPA + ESOPs + 1 International Trip/Year (TA & DA) + Health Insurance

About the Role

Work directly with the Founder across multiple companies, industries and business functions. This is not a single-vertical or routine job. You will get exposure to business, fundraising, sales, growth, operations, strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily/weekly reporting and Founder's business dashboards
• Support fundraising, investor communication and investor meetings
• Track sales, growth, operations and key business targets
• Prepare presentations, analysis and business reports
• Coordinate with teams and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Research opportunities and support new business initiatives
• Execute one-time and special projects directly assigned by the Founder
• Take ownership of problems and drive them to completion
