Role Description The Fx CFD Business Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting clients and partners in setting up and scaling Forex and CFD-related business models, including brokerage, trading academies, and IB/MIB networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal technical teams on platform setup and backend solutions, assisting clients with onboarding processes, and ensuring smooth operation of trading and CRM systems. The Fx CFD Business Associate will also participate in business development activities, help prepare presentations and proposals, and maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and project progress. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with clients and stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and trading industry concepts, including brokerage models, IB/MIB structures, and basic risk management.
• Candidates should possess skills in client communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination to support business growth and partner networks.
• Candidates should possess abilities in documentation, basic data analysis, and project coordination to manage setups, onboarding, and operational workflows.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with trading platforms, CRM systems, and fintech software tools, with the capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field are beneficial, along with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage operations, or trading education environments is an advantage, particularly in client-facing or business support roles.
