Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MT5/forex brokerage operations

Key Responsibility

• Manage and administer the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform
• Configure trading instruments, spreads, commissions, and leverage
• Monitor trading activities, client accounts, and risk exposure
• Handle server maintenance, backups, and platform optimization
• Integrate liquidity providers, payment gateways, and CRM systems
• Generate reports related to trading activity, revenue, and risk
• Ensure smooth operation of trading servers with minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers/vendors
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MT5 Manager/Administrator
• Knowledge of forex brokerage operations & trade lifecycle
• Experience with liquidity bridge integration
• Understanding of risk management (A-book/B-book models)
• Familiarity with APIs, CRM systems, and payment integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Qualifications

• Experience working with international forex brokers
• Knowledge of MT4 , MT5
• Basic understanding of compliance (KYC/AML processes)
• Technical background in IT or finance-related field
