Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals for the Food Production & Packaging sector to support food manufacturing, processing, packaging, quality control, and daily production operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain food safety standards, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets in an international work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing, manufacturing, and packaging machinery.
• Assist with food preparation, processing, sorting, weighing, and packing activities.
• Inspect packaged food products to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
• Perform labeling, sealing, coding, and packaging of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production and packaging areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production lines and report equipment malfunctions or product defects.
• Check product expiry dates, batch numbers, packaging materials, and storage conditions.
• Maintain production records, packaging reports, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet daily production targets.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of food production, food processing, or packaging operations.
• Understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
• Ability to operate or assist with production and packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of product inspection, labeling, weighing, and quality checking.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
• Physical fitness for standing work and routine production activities, where required.
• Willingness to work in shifts and a multicultural work environment.
