Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate

Role Description The F&B GSA (Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The F&B GSA will coordinate with the kitchen and service teams, handle guest inquiries, and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in dining areas. This position also requires accurate billing, adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines, and proactive support of overall guest satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with an understanding of menu items and service standards.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic Culinary Skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and understand food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed in hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or hotels is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certifications are a plus.
