Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Flex PLM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Flex PLM solution for our clients, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, customize solutions, and optimize processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing the client's needs, configuring the Flex PLM system, providing training, and continuous support during and after the implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for the Flex PLM system.
- Design, configure, and implement Flex PLM solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the Flex PLM system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Flex PLM with other enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and enhancements in the Flex PLM space.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong proficiency in Flex PLM software.
- Experience with product lifecycle management processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of data migration, integration strategies, and system customization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with PLM-related tools and technologies such as CAD, ERP, or CRM systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
