Role Description The Fit Out Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out activities on residential and commercial projects. This role includes daily supervision of contractors and subcontractors, monitoring work quality and progress, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The supervisor coordinates material deliveries, manages site documentation, and communicates regularly with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed. The role also involves conducting site inspections, identifying risks, and implementing corrective measures to maintain smooth, efficient project execution.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Experience supervising construction or interior sites, managing subcontractors, and enforcing safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with designers, vendors, and clients.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple site tasks and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of basic project documentation, reporting, and site record-keeping.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or interior design (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience with residential and commercial fit-out projects in urban settings is an advantage.
