About this role
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Salary: Best in Industry
Work Mode: Full time, work from office
If you know FIT inside out and love turning travel enquiries into confirmed bookings, we'd love to have you on board!
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound & outbound FIT enquiries end-to-end.
- Understand what the client wants and create the right itinerary, package or proposal.
- Follow up, negotiate and close bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other travel partners.
- Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations smoothly.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a great travel experience.
- Work towards sales and conversion targets.
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience in FIT Sales & Operations.
- Good destination & product knowledge.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Someone who knows how to follow up, negotiate and close.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries without losing track of the details.
