Location: Navi Mumbai – WFO
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Preferred Industry: BFSI / NBFC / Banking
Working: Alternate Saturday Off

About the Company
A well-established financial services organization operating in the BFSI sector, with a strong presence across India. The organization offers a range of banking and financial solutions and is focused on delivering technology-enabled services, maintaining strong financial governance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
A) Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare financial statements, including Cash Flow Statements and audit schedules.
- Coordinate and conclude Internal and Statutory Audits.
- Ensure effective implementation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS regulations and accounting standards.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and auditors for timely financial reporting.
B) Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and IGAA.
- Good understanding of banking and financial services concepts.
- Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems; SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong financial reporting and accounting expertise.
- Knowledge of audits, IFC and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
D) Experience / Role Relevance
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting / Accounting.
- Preferred candidates from BFSI / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
- Experience in financial reporting, audits, Ind AS/IGAAP and internal financial controls.
