What would you do

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting
• Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements.
• Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company. What are we looking for

• Bachelor or Master Degree in commerce
• ERP or any certification requird
• SAP
• Adhere to Organization Policies and Rules
• Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning.
• Effective Written Communications- Create, deliver, or exchange concise written documentation with thoughts, opinions.
• All data requirements (timesheets and process information) are accurately updated in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Basic skills to coordinate tasks, track progress, and deliver on time. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Driving month end and quarter end close of the group results.
• Exposure to book closing by processing all relevant entries
• Track, analyze, and report on business performance against targets.
• Knowledge of the budgeting process, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong command of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, charts, etc.) and formulas for data manipulation and reporting
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday) and financial planning software is a plus.
• Ensuring accuracy in financial reports, models, and data analysis.
