We are hiring for a Financial Controller to be based at Lagos, Nigeria to lead end-to-end commercial and financial operations across multiple business units, driving profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision support to Unit CEOs.

We are a diversified global conglomerate with over 54 years of legacy across Steel, Mining, Power, Aluminium, and Chemicals based in Nigeria.

The Financial Controller will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the entire financial health of the business units. This role involves deep engagement with operational heads to drive profitability, manage complex supply chain financial structures, and ensure rigorous fiscal discipline.

You will be responsible for translating operational data into actionable financial insights, ensuring that the group maintains its competitive edge through precise budgeting, inventory control, and robust MIS reporting. By bridging the gap between finance and operations, you will directly influence the bottom line and support the long-term scalability of our industrial operations in Nigeria.

Candidate Requirements:

- CA with 14 - 18 years of experience in manufacturing (Steel/Aluminium preferred) with strong expertise in budgeting, commercial activities, working capital management, procurement and supply chain management, P&L, and process automation (ERP/Navision advantage).
