Financial Analyst

• Credit analysis: Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements to evaluate the borrower's financial health.
• Financial modelling: Prepare financial projections, cash flow models, debt repayment schedules, and sensitivity analyses.
• Credit risk assessment: Evaluate leverage, liquidity, profitability, debt-servicing ability, industry risks, and repayment capacity.
• Debt structuring: Help determine the appropriate loan amount, tenor, interest rate, repayment schedule, security, and covenants.
• Credit appraisal and documentation: Prepare credit appraisal notes, information memorandums, credit proposals, and lender presentations.
• Lender coordination: Work with relationship managers, arrangers, banks, and other lenders during the syndication process.
• Due diligence: Review borrower information, existing debt facilities, collateral, guarantees, and potential financial risks.Role & responsibilities
