Finance Manager

Job Purpose:

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations to ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, robust financial controls, and timely MIS reporting. The role ensures smooth audit management and delivers reliable financial insights to support informed decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, inter-department managers, and the finance team, the Finance Manager contributes to developing and executing financial strategies that drive organizational performance and long-term business objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Primary:

• Accounting, Compliance & MIS Reporting
• Audit Management & Internal Controls
• Financial Controls, Budgeting & Cost Management
• Invoice Processing & Payables Management
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• SEZ & Regulatory Compliance
• Financial Analysis & Strategic Support

2. Secondary:

• Support strategic planning and business initiatives from a financial perspective.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and financial partners.
• Present financial updates, insights, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and ownership within the finance function.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: CA/M.COM/MBA

Experience:

● Min 12+yrs of experience in finance domain

● Min 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
