Finance Manager

1. Lead Payroll Governance Oversee end-to-end payroll operations

operations, including twice-monthly payroll processing, payroll reviews, reconciliations, employee settlements and

timely payment of payroll-related statutory liabilities. New labour code knowledge would be added advantage.

2. Manage Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance

3. Lead Transfer Pricing and APA Compliance Manage transfer pricing requirements including intercompany

transaction reviews, transfer pricing documentation and audits, and coordinate Advance Pricing Agreement

applications, regulatory submissions and ongoing APA compliance.

4. Oversee STPI & RBI and Export Regulatory Compliance Manage STPI/Non-STPI, RBI and SOFTEX-related

requirements and coordinate with STPI authorities, banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate

export-related regulatory compliance.

5. Maintain Financial Controls and Audit Readiness

6. Lead Treasury and Banking Operations

7. Oversee Foreign Exchange and Banking Compliance

8. Lead External and Internal Stakeholder Coordination

Job Qualifications

Education: • CA Mandatory

Experience: • 2 to 3 years of Tax & payroll experience required as manager/ assistant manager
