Finance Executive (Supervisory Grade)

Location: Kothamangalam

CSIX Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Finance Executive to manage accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance for the company while overseeing finance operations at a group FMCG/food manufacturing unit. The role involves regular travel to the group unit 23 days per week and working closely with the Finance Controller.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting and Compliance CSIX Solutions

• Manage end-to-end accounting and payroll operations.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax returns, ROC filings, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance.

2. Finance Oversight – FMCG Manufacturing Unit

• Supervise the accountant's bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities.
• Review accounting entries and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Monitor statutory compliance and financial documentation.
• Prepare and submit month-end financial reports by the 5th of the following month.

3. Finance Controller's Office

• Handle data compilation, reconciliations, MIS reports, and financial trackers.
• Support audits, ERP-related activities, and other finance projects.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the Finance Controller.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: M.Com, B.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or part-qualified ACCA.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and income tax return filings.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing and statutory contributions.
• Good written English and proficiency in Malayalam for communication with staff and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel regularly between work locations.
• A valid car driving licence will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or the food industry.
• Exposure to ERP systems.
• Awareness of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and IFRS.
