Finance Controller - Group Entity

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Control, Management Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, or Controllership functions. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting frameworks. • Experience in financial analysis, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting activities. • Ability to interpret financial data and present meaningful business insights. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools/ERPs. • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Review and analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and validate accounting outputs to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Prepare and deliver internal management reports, financial statements, and business performance dashboards. • Provide insightful analysis of financial results, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods. • Assist in regulatory and statutory reporting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and reporting standards. • Support entity-level reporting requirements, audits, and governance processes. • Ensure robust financial controls, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide financial insights. Internal - General Use • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
