Field Service Engineer Gujarat, India

# Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and basic troubleshooting of designated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and field modifications on equipment.
• Order, manage, and monitor repair parts, including parts availability and repair/replacement lead times.
• Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, and other service-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize the escalation process to effectively resolve customer service and technical issues.
• Work closely with the local service team to provide reliable and efficient technical support to customers within the assigned territory.
