Role Description The Field Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Joda. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities for weighbridge installations, maintenance, and repairs. Day-to-day tasks include assigning service technicians, tracking service requests, monitoring job progress, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. The coordinator interacts regularly with customers to understand service needs, provide updates, and resolve routine issues, while maintaining accurate records of service visits, spare parts usage, and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize resource allocation, improve service processes, and support continuous improvement in field operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate and oversee Field Service activities, including scheduling, dispatch, and follow-up.
• Skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and quality service delivery.
• Strong Communication skills for clear interaction with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in technical or field service environments, ideally related to industrial equipment, automation, or weighing systems.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple service requests and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of maintenance workflows, work order systems, and service documentation practices.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and service management software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field preferred; relevant work experience considered.
• Willingness to work on-site in Joda and collaborate closely with field technicians and operations teams.
