Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle qualified leads, understand customer requirements, suggest suitable properties, conduct site visits, and close property deals.

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Conduct property visits and convert leads into buyers.
• Negotiate with customers and close deals.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Cross-sell NoBroker services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Own vehicle preferred.
• English + Hindi + local language.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
