Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a BDA professional who will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to tenants during their property search.

The role involves handling company-generated leads, understanding tenant requirements, identifying suitable properties, arranging and conducting property visits, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring a smooth experience until the deal is successfully closed.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leads generated by the company and understand tenant requirements.

Identify and recommend suitable properties based on the tenant's budget, location, configuration, and other requirements.

Coordinate and accompany tenants for property visits.

Travel approximately 30–40 km daily for property visits and client meetings.

Coordinate closely with property owners to understand property availability and requirements.

Act as the key point of contact between tenants and property owners.

Explain property details, amenities, pricing, area, location, and other relevant information to tenants.

Address tenant queries and provide end-to-end super servicing throughout the property search journey.

Follow up regularly with tenants and owners to move the transaction forward.

Negotiate and coordinate between both parties wherever required.

Identify high-potential tenants and properties and work towards successful deal closure.

Ensure a positive tenant experience from lead allocation property shortlisting site visit negotiation closure.

Maintain accurate updates on leads, visits, follow-ups, and closures in the tracker/CRM.

Required Skills

Prior real estate knowledge is preferred.

Good understanding of property terminology, including carpet area, built-up area, super built-up area/surface area, configuration, amenities, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

Good sales, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.

Comfortable with daily field travel of 30–40 km.

Ability to understand tenant requirements and match them with suitable properties.

Strong follow-up skills and a customer-first approach.

Should be energetic, confident, and comfortable interacting with tenants and property owners.
