Field Sales Executive

Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout. This role involves identifying and visiting potential clients, presenting our services, and building long-term relationships that drive revenue growth. The Field Sales Executive will conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and providing market feedback to support service and marketing improvements. The role also requires meeting assigned sales targets, participating in local networking events, and representing us professionally in all external interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in field sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on consultative selling.
• Comfort with on-site client visits in Bengaluru and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads, meetings, and sales activities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous; relevant experience in sales may substitute.
• Prior experience in healthcare/medical field will be a plus.
