Role Description The Field Recruiter role at Salad Days is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring team members for operations, delivery, and support functions through local channels, job boards, referrals, and field outreach. This role includes coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure new hires are prepared for success. The Field Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers, maintains accurate recruitment records, and provides regular updates on hiring progress and market insights. The role also involves representing Salad Days positively in the local talent market and ensuring recruitment practices are fair, inclusive, and aligned with company values.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in field recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in food services, retail, or delivery-focused businesses.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct local outreach, and build relationships with training institutes, community networks, and recruitment vendors.
• Organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate records, track metrics, and meet hiring timelines.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, applicant tracking or recruitment platforms) and reporting.
• Understanding of fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices and commitment to creating an inclusive candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs and operational priorities.
