About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Promote online preparation courses for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, PTE and Duolingo English Test.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions and relevant student communities.
- Generate student enquiries and convert prospects into paid course enrolments.
- Explain course options, fees, online learning formats and admission procedures.
- Organise student outreach activities, information sessions and promotional events.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve monthly enquiry, admission and enrolment targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in field sales, student counselling and direct outreach.
- Willingness to travel locally across Kolkata when required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in field sales, education counselling or admissions will be an advantage.
