Indian Regionalism, and Conscious Premium. Our product architecture spans Karu, our permanent core collection of elevated basics, and Unique Seasonal, true seasonal drops that retire each cycle.

The Role

We're looking for a Fashion Designer to work closely with the Founder / Creative Lead on product

development - from research and concept development through fit and techpack - for a brand where

knits and jersey are the core of the offer. Wovens knowledge is a big plus. The designer will help translate the Creative Lead's vision into well-executed, production-ready garments across men's and women's fits, working closely with the factory, pattern master and merchandiser throughout development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and bring strong

technical and production knowledge to the process.

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience as a fashion designer, with

• Strong technical knowledge of knits and jersey construction, behavior, and finishing
• Working knowledge of wovens is a plus
• Strong understanding of garment sizing and fit across men's and women's categories
• Experience working directly with factories, production teams, and pattern masters
• Proficiency in building techpacks independently
• A genuine interest in global fashion and understanding of what is happening in the market
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to bring ideas and execute within an established creative
• direction
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
