We seek faculty who can combine academic depth with practical business insight, strengthen research and prepare students for successful management careers.

Positions: Professor / Associate Professor

Specialisations: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management and General Management

Location: Greater Noida | Full-time, campus-based

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching and student development

· Deliver engaging lectures through case studies, business simulations, contemporary examples and experiential learning.

· Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments and assessments aligned with course objectives and learning outcomes.

· Guide students on live projects, internships, research projects, business presentations and management competitions.

· Mentor students to strengthen analytical thinking, communication, professional conduct and career readiness.

· Integrate relevant digital tools, business analytics and responsible applications of AI into teaching.

Curriculum and academic quality

Research and industry engagement

Academic leadership

· Participate in academic committees, programme reviews and institutional development activities.

· Maintain timely academic records, assessment reports and student progress updates.

· Contribute to the academic reputation and visibility of the PGDM programme.

SPECIALISATION-WISE TEACHING AREAS

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in several subjects within their respective specialisation.

· Marketing: Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales and Distribution, Services Marketing, Marketing Research and Marketing Analytics.

· Finance: Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, Financial Markets, Financial Modelling and Risk Management.

· Human Resource Management: HR Management, Organisational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Employee Relations and HR Analytics.

· General Management: Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, International Business, Business Communication and Business Research Methods.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Ph.D. in Management or a relevant discipline.

· MBA/PGDM or a relevant postgraduate qualification with a strong academic record.

· Qualifications, experience and research credentials appropriate to the position and applicable regulatory norms.

· Demonstrated experience teaching postgraduate management students.

· A strong record of research, publications and academic contributions.

· Excellent communication, classroom engagement and student mentoring skills.

· Candidates with a blend of academic and relevant corporate experience will be preferred.

· Experience in outcome-based education, accreditation work, industry consultancy or curriculum development will be an added advantage.
