Kalike is hiring | Faculty and Trainer – Early Childhood Education (ECE)

Kalike, an associate organisation of Tata Trusts, is looking for an experienced Faculty and Trainer – ECE to strengthen our Early Childhood Education program in Bengaluru.

The role will contribute to strengthening ECE through training, capacity building, mentoring, content development, research, assessment and field-based implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and facilitating training programs for ICDS functionaries and program teams

• Developing ECE training modules, facilitator guides and learning resources

• Mentoring fellows and supporting field implementation

• Supporting research, assessments, data analysis and program improvement

• Developing documentation, case studies, reports and knowledge products

• Contributing to innovative and technology-enabled approaches to ECE

We are looking for professionals with:

A postgraduate degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology or a related field

6–8 years of relevant experience in training, mentoring, module development or education/community development

Experience in training facilitation and mentoring

Experience with ICDS systems and government stakeholders will be an advantage

Strong communication and documentation skills

Willingness to travel for training and field engagements
