Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a proven track record of effectively managing a residential property.

Job Description :

• Property Management: Manage all aspects of Cooperative Housing Society (C.H.S)
• Member Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling routine maintenance, overseeing repairs, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality services and competitive pricing for property maintenance and repairs
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to properties and occupants, including implementing safety measures and maintaining insurance coverage
• Reporting & Scheduling : Prepare regular reports on meeting minutes , schedule meetings and draft letters related to property management

Experience & Skill requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

• Secretarial and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers
• Ready to work in property, real estate, building management
• Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills
• Procurement and negotiation skills
