F2F fundraiser

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Approach and engage potential donors at public locations across Delhi NCR.  

* Explain the organisation's mission, programmes, and impact.  

* Build rapport with individuals and motivate them to support the cause.  

* Achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets.  

* Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and collections.  

* Represent the organisation professionally and positively.  

* Attend daily team briefings and share progress with the Team Leader.

*Skills & Competencies:*

* Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.  

* Confident, friendly, and approachable personality.  

* Positive attitude and self-motivation.  

* Target-oriented mindset.  

* Comfortable working in the field for up to 8 hours a day.  

* Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
