Role Description The F & B Executive will manage day-to-day food and beverage operations at Chai Break's on-site outlet in Kolkata in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include supervising service standards, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring consistent product quality and guest satisfaction. The role involves planning and monitoring inventory, supporting menu execution, and maintaining hygiene and safety norms in line with company policies. The F & B Executive will assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance support, while handling guest feedback, resolving service issues, and contributing to outlet sales and promotional activities. This position requires close collaboration with outlet management to achieve operational, customer experience, and revenue goals.
Qualifications

• Strong food and beverage operations knowledge, including service workflows, menu understanding, and basic cost awareness.
• Customer service and people skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle feedback, and build positive guest relationships.
• Team coordination and leadership abilities to support staff supervision, training, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing shifts, inventory, and daily operational priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced café environment.
• Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality operations is preferred; exposure to multi-outlet or chain formats is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for handling POS, reports, and operational documentation.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial, though relevant experience may be considered.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
