We primarily cater to a discerning audience of urban professionals aged 25-45, who are

well-travelled, culturally engaged, and typically have a dual-income lifestyle. This group is

deeply invested in unique and enriching experiences that blend art, culture, and personal

growth. Our participants are often individuals who value quality and exclusivity, seeking out

events that push the boundaries of traditional leisure activities.

Role Overview: Experience Designer

As a city-based Experience Designer, you will be at the heart of designing, developing, and

delivering high quality, immersive experiences at Trove. This is a creative meets operational

role that involves curiosity, hustle, people skills, and project management.

The responsibilities span across Planning, Development, and On-ground Operations

Responsibilities:

1. Experience Planning

● Plan the monthly calendar of experiences based on revenue goals.

● Lock in experts, venue partners, and event logistics well in advance.

● Track and manage the city's P&L with revenue and contribution goals.

● Weekly and monthly performance reviews, and data analysis for the same

● Support marketing efforts by monitoring registrations and suggesting optimizations.

2. Experience Development

● Conceptualise and launch new experiences as per targets.

● Discover and onboard new experts, artists, and venues.

● Conduct recces, demos, and feasibility checks for upcoming experiences.

● Draft concept notes and negotiate commercials with partners.

● Assist in curating B2B/private experiences - including corporate, brand, and group

sessions.

● Continuously evolve and refine formats based on feedback and trends.

3. Experience Operations

● Attend and manage weekend experiences - ensuring seamless setup, participant

engagement, and coordination.

● Liaise with experts and venue partners pre-event: share content, prep notes, and

updates.

● Oversee content capture - photos, videos, testimonials - during experiences.

● Manage collaterals, tools, and on ground resources.

● Report attendance, feedback, and media to the customer experience team post-

event.

● Coordinate with Trove Ambassadors - manage allocations and ensure smooth

integration.

Who we're looking for:

● An enthusiast with a love for experiences, storytelling, and community building.

● Strong ops management skills with 1-3 years of relevant experience in events,

experience design, hospitality, or creative production.

● A people person - confident in collaborating with artists, experts, vendors, and

participants.

● Highly organised, deadline driven, proactive and solution oriented.

● Comfortable with flexible hours - especially weekends.

● Based in or deeply familiar with the city you'll be operating in.

Bonus Skills:

● Background in arts, culture, hospitality, or lifestyle events.

● Experience in content creation or photography/videography.
