Expansion Program Manager

About the Team

You will be part of the Expansion team at Curefit. Curefit operates the fastest-growing fitness chain brands in India cult.fit, Gold's, and Fitness First, with a 600+ centre footprint pan-India. The plan is to set up another 150+ centres per year across various offerings. The Expansion Program Manager will be responsible for centre expansion across top cities.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end program management and ownership of the transformation process from site identification to centre launch.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders Real Estate, Legal, Biz Finance, Projects, City Teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth, and Audits to program manage launch operations.
• Interface effectively with Franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness, and presales.
• Own and manage capital expenditure across projects, equipment, and other line items.
• Improve the overall launch process and Franchise partner satisfaction with new launches.
• Identify, communicate, and problem-solve potential risks to ensure centres launch on time with a great member experience.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• 2- 3 years of experience in Project/Programme Management; startup experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized Tier 1/Tier 2 university (Engineering, Law, Commerce, or Management)
• Previous experience in a franchise or client-based business preferred.
• Background in real estate, construction, or retail expansion is a plus
• Sharp program management skills building and executing SOPs, securing stakeholder buy-in, and driving execution with high influence.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities ability to hustle, think on your feet, and take decisive action in new situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process-oriented mindset to identify and solve problems and establish best practices
