R&D Analytical Development
Experience in development of Analytical Methods in Regulated Markets.
Quality Assurance Audit & Compliance
Monitoring of site quality system and compliance as per applicable regulatory requirements (USFDA, EMA, ANVISA and other regulatory requirements). 483 Assesments, Inspection Responses, Customer Audit, Vendor Qualification, Supplier Management, Vendor Audits, Quality Agreements, Vendor Evaluation & Nitrosamine Impurities assessments.
Data integrity compliance in Microbiology Laboratory, Review of Microbiological test reports & trends EM, PM, Isolates, Water & compressed air systems, equipments/ instruments audit trail reports, Aseptic core monitoring, Review of equipments/ instruments alarm report, Review of Method Validation protocols, Reports & Specification & STPs.
Perform the environmental sampling, ie., settle plate, air sampling, surface monitoring & personnel monitoring. Perform the routine bioburden test, microbial enumeration test & test in microorganisms (raw material, finished product, in process, Packaging Material) & Trend Preparation (Water & EM).
Preparation and review of analytical method validation,method verification, method transfer protocols and reports. Review of specifications and standard test procedures, GTP s abd validation team day to day work plan distribution.
Maintaining Environmental Management Systems, Handling & troubleshoorting of HVAC & EMS.
