Job Profile Executive (Treasury &  Finance)

Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor export transactions through EDPMS and ensure timely realisation of export proceeds.
• Monitor import transactions through IDPMS and ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations.
• Coordinate with banks for closure of pending IRMs, ORMs, export, and import transactions.
• Process import payments and maintain related documentation.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and clear vendor advances on a timely basis.
• Update and monitor daily cash flow statements.
• Post payment entries, bank charges, and forex-related transactions in the accounting system.
• Coordinate with banks for PCFC availing, monitoring, and repayment.
• Maintain payment trackers and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Support internal, statutory, and bank audits by providing required treasury and payable-related information.
• Handle forex transactions, including booking, utilisation, and re-initiation of contracts when required.
