KRA AV Technical Staff Supervisor

• AV Operations Maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of all AV equipment, including projectors, LED displays, microphones, video conferencing systems, and sound systems.
• Preventive Breakdown Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Event Meeting Support: Ensure AV readiness and provide technical support during meetings, presentations, conferences, and client events.
• Team Management: Supervise AV technicians, allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.
• Vendor Coordination Reporting: Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for repairs, AMC, and equipment upgrades; maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and daily reports.

Safety Compliance: Ensure proper equipment handling, cable management, workplace safety, and compliance with client requirements.
