Job Title Executive Technical     Job Description Summary Responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building technical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.     Job Description Job Purpose Responsible for day-to-day operation, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP and critical facility systems, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient building operations.   Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, plumbing and fire & life-safety systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per approved schedules and SOPs. Attend technical breakdowns and complaints, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution. Conduct daily equipment inspections and monitor operating parameters of critical systems. Coordinate with AMC/OEM vendors and supervise maintenance activities at site. Maintain PPM schedules, equipment logs, service reports and breakdown records. Support statutory inspections, audits, emergency drills and compliance activities. Follow EHS requirements including PTW, LOTO, PPE and safe work practices. Monitor energy and utility consumption and support energy-efficiency initiatives. Provide technical support during emergencies, shutdowns and critical facility operations.   Key Skills & Qualifications Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related engineering discipline. 3–6 years of relevant facilities management / building operations experience. Good knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and vendor coordination. Good communication, documentation, problem-solving and customer-service skills.
