About this role
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive - Treasury to manage daily treasury operations, bank reconciliations, customer collections, and employee expense reimbursements. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent reconciliation skills, and experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including banking transactions, fund tracking, and cash flow monitoring.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a periodic basis and investigate/resolve unreconciled items promptly.
- Process and monitor employee expense reimbursements in line with company policies and approval workflows.
- Apply and reconcile customer collections against invoices, ensuring accurate allocation of receipts in ERP systems.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and customers on unapplied or disputed payments.
- Monitor customer account balances and assist in resolving collection-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of banking transactions, receipts, payments, and treasury documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities through timely reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare treasury-related reports, cash position statements, and aging reports for management review.
- Coordinate with banks, internal teams, and external stakeholders for smooth execution of treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience

- 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Treasury Operations
- Bank Reconciliation
- Expense Reimbursement Processing
- Customer Collection Application Against Invoices
- Cash Management and Fund Monitoring
- Accounts Receivable Reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
