We are looking for a technical recruiter who will be part of our growing team. The incumbent will be sourcing and attracting candidates for interviewing and hiring great employees. Job Purpose: He/She will be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with business managers to clarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the organization goals
- Need to ensure continuous pipeline creation for our various open positions
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Negotiate with the candidates on salaries and convince them on early joining
Requirements
- 2-5 year overall experience in Talent Acquisition with IT company or search firm, freshers are also welcome.
- Experience in working with online application tracking systems will be added advantage
Education
- Minimum education: Graduate
- Languages: Excellent English written spoken.
