Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NonIT Recruiter with strong exposure to the Oil & Gas / EPC / Energy sector. The recruiter will be responsible for endtoend recruitment of technical and nontechnical professionals across upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Oil & Gas roles (sourcing to onboarding).

Hire for positions such as Designers and Design Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Project Managers, HSE, QA/QC, Construction & Maintenance roles.

Understand Oil & Gas project requirements, job specifications, and manpower planning.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, headhunting, and vendor networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.

Liaise with project teams, hiring managers, and external agencies.

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and compliance documents..

Support mobilization, visa processing, medicals, and documentation (for overseas/Oilfield roles).

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas job roles, terminology, and project structures.

Experience in EPC, refinery, petrochemical, offshore, or drilling projects.

Familiarity with international recruitment (Middle East projects preferred).

Qualification Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Relevant recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or allied industries is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with EPC contractors, Oil majors, or manpower agencies.

Exposure to overseas recruitment, GCC projects, or offshore rigs.
