Executive LMS Support (International Technical Support)

We are Hiring SAP LMS Technical Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for SAP Learning, Training Shop, and CertificationHub.
• Handle customer queries, technical issues, and escalations through ticketing channels.
• Take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with global support teams and internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Prepare root cause analysis reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Generate learning usage reports and customized reports based on customer requirements.
• Support process improvements and contribute to technical product enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR guidelines across global operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 24 years of experience in a BPO/call centre environment, preferably handling international voice or blended processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical specialization, such as BCA, B.Tech, or B.E.
• Experience in customer support and escalation management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
