- Preparation and Conducting board meetings, committees, and member meetings (AGMs/EGMS) and follow up on action points.
- Drafting of Minutes Book (Board, Committees and Members Meeting).
- Updation of Statutory Registers Drafting and Filing of forms with Registrar of Companies (KYC, MSME Filing, Annual Filing, DPT 3 any other filing as per event triggered).
- RBI Compliances (Filing FC-GPR, FLA Return, ESOP any other as per event based).
- GST and Withholding tax compliances.
- Patient accounting.
