Executive - CX

Dealer-GPT is a revenue operations company. We call and follow up with our clients customers and deliver outcomes they can see, such as appointments and recovered pipeline. We're hiring a CX Executive to run outbound calling across partner accounts, keep communication clear, and make sure every booking, callback, and follow-up is accurately tracked. • You'll handle outbound calling for our dealer and business partners across industries including automotive, retail, and services.
• You'll speak with customers, help drive appointments and follow-ups, and keep partners updated with clear daily reporting.
• You'll work across both AI-assisted and manual calling workflows, so this role suits someone who is confident on calls and disciplined with data.
  

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to book appointments and move conversations forward.
• Update partner trackers in real time with confirmed appointments, callbacks, and outcomes.
• Send a daily end-of-day summary covering calls attempted, connections made, follow-ups triggered, and appointments booked.
  

• Strong communication: Clear, polite, and confident spoken English, Hindi, and Kannada. Additional regional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with tools: You can work smoothly in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, and across multiple tabs and tools at once.
• Fast adaptability: You learn quickly and can adjust to new industries, scripts, tools, and partner processes without constant hand-holding.
• Attention to detail: You enter data quickly and accurately, and you keep trackers clean and up to date.
• Reliability under targets: You can work consistently toward daily calling and booking goals.
  

• Experience in outbound calling, CX, BPO, operations, appointment booking, or customer support.
• Experience handling client or partner updates alongside customer conversations.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift through the day.
  

• 25,000–35,000 per month, depending on fit and experience.
